2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Pass our eligibility and risk assessment
  • Be at least 18 years old

We do not disclose specific payment partners or infrastructure details publicly. This protects both our partners and your business.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
